Position of interviewee:

The study aims to know the commonly used Aklanon adjectives on grade one public schools in Aklan.

Questions:
1. What is Akeanon adjective? Like in any languages, Aklanon “adjectives convey a sense of which, what kind, or how many/much”.

2. How to construct Akeanon adjectives? Are there rules to follow?
You contruct Akeanon adjectives by using prefixes, e.g.
maeabo—Ro durian hay maeabo
Naeabog—Ro durian hay naeabog.
Pinaisot—Pinaisot ro eangbon.

You can also construct an adjective by adding prefixes and suffixes to a noun:
Maueanon—Ro Agosto hay maueanon nga buean.
Madumdumon—Si Pedro hay madumdumon nga tawo.
Tig pito-pito nga pasong nga paeay ro hueay ku kada manog-ani.

You can also construct an adjective by repeating the same noun:
Manok--Si Ambet ro manok-manukon nga eakisa grupo.

3. When to use Akeanon adjectives?

You use the Akeanon adjectives when you want to convey the following:  a sense of which, what kind, or how many/much

4. Why is it necessary to learn the Akeanon adjectives?

For easy understanding and writing.
